車のカーナビの使用方法がわかりにくかったです。このあたりを説明していただけると助かります。

他のレンタカーより安くて助かりました。雪が心配でしたので四輪駆動車を借りましたが今回はあまり必要がなかったです。ただ、日本の場合はスタッドレスタイヤをはいていますがニュージーランドでは通常タイヤでしたので驚きました。

Very satisfied, a staff member will pick you up at the airport before the car rental and take you to the store for traffic regulation training to ensure safe driving. You don't have to worry about finding the rental location at all. This service is much better than what we experienced at Herz in North Island. When we returned the car to the store, they also took us to the airport. So, don't hesitate, choosing A Rentals is the right choice.

The car was not what I booked, they tried to sell it as an upgrade. Received significant downgrade. The staff not speaking English as their first language made it difficult for them to understand. The car we received had clearly been in a crash. With obvious cracks, chips and serious scuffs on the rims.

The staff is very polite and even make me aware of the traffic rules, Do’s and Don’ts, safety etc. They went through with me in great details and ensure the car is in good condition. The staff even speaks my language.

Easy to use and I could compare prices from different providers.
