I waited in line for 40 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, they said the car wasn't ready yet. I had to wait another 40 minutes. This was quite inconvenient, and the line was also very long. But at least they gave me two nice cars, both brand new Lincoln Corsairs.

I've booked Corolla n got a similar one Kia which i felt was a downgrade and the car condition was not the best...right side of the car had lots of scratches and dented and the lady at newark was super gruchy, not friendly at all. However, return at Albany Airport, the staff was much more helpful and friendier
Initially, they gave us a car without a front license plate and not the model I had booked. Later, the patrolling staff at the car park noticed and said it was unusable, asked the service staff to switch, and we were told there were no cars at that spot. Finally, albeit reluctantly, the receptionist gave us the car model we had booked.
