Some staff lack a strong sense of service and do not consider the customer's feelings. The reserved car model was unavailable at pickup, and the staff seemed indifferent, which was frustrating. However, the service was much better when returning the car after 4 days. It seems there's quite a difference between individuals.

Well, the overall experience was excellent. When I picked up the car, it was a new vehicle.

After a small assessment, I was given an electro auto which was horrible and I needed to change after less than 24 hours. With the temperature in Frankfurt the battery does not last and the provided plug in the car for charging was a home one. It would have needed like 30 hrs for charging.

The Stuff was very helpful and kind, I was satisfied with everything.
