Hassle free car rental booking app and real live dealing with Alamo

Rented the car for a total of 2 days. The attitude was okay when picking up the car, but really bad when returning it. Since our English isn't very good, we saw a charge on the receipt and went back to the counter to ask about it. The counter said we had paid for one day but still owed for another day. We had already paid for two days in full through Zuzuche, so why were we being charged again? We tried calling Zuzuche, but couldn't get through during the National Day holiday. The phone just cut off after a few rings. After much back and forth, we still couldn't reach them. Is this what we can expect during an emergency? By then, the African-American lady at the Alamo counter was very rude and ignored us. We had to ask a male staff member nearby, who finally clarified that no additional payment was needed.

No queue, the staff handled it quickly, no extra insurance sales

As I mentioned before, walking to the airport should be accurate, if driving navigation is inaccurate. It's hard to find the car rental return location at the airport.

The back seat was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, which made for an uncomfortable ride.

The company is located in a corner. They will try to sell insurance and other products. When picking up the car, they will offer the less desirable cars first.
