I had time ago a bad experience with Drivalia, they gave me a car with a very old tyre, broken in the internal face, that was irreparable, and I was never reimbursed for the cost of a new tyre (used) that I had to buy.
I gave them another chance, cannot complaint about the car, new, but the staff at the check in was apathetic, slow.
The location didn't match the actual address, spent over an hour searching the area. Called the staff, and they just said they were near the train station, then no further assistance was provided.
I gave one star because the car matched the model I booked. However, the local rental company has many hidden fees, and the staff's attitude is very dismissive. When returning the car, they claimed that a handle cover was missing. I showed them the video and photos from when I picked up the car, which already showed the cover missing. They said 'no problem' at the time, but then noted it as damage on the return checklist. The staff was very dismissive and deceptive.
