the counter staff was not helpful, when i have asked the guy what car is avilable, he was saying not sure what car i get, i have even said that i ll upgrade and he was not showing any interest to provide proper customer service. th atitute is wrong

The counter staff was helpful...getting out was a little odd with the exit attendant appearing from another location. I got put on hold when I phoned for road service so I just ended up putting air in the tire a few times.
