No vuelvo a contratar a través de QEEQ porque el seguro del auto no lo aceptan las arrendadoras

Only one person was at the counter, and we waited nearly 40 minutes to be attended to, only to be told that the car we reserved wasn't available and would only be back the next day. We agreed to change to another car and even accepted the $1500 deposit in USD, but the POS system didn't work, forcing us to cancel the rental and use a taxi instead. We called the rental company, incurring international call fees, to cancel the booking but were told it couldn't be cancelled immediately as it was past the pick-up time. The process would take 1-2 days. On June 16th, we were told by the rental company that they needed more time to coordinate with the car rental company! Left with no other choice, we had to wait patiently for the company to resolve the issue and hope not to be disappointed again!

There was only one KIA available. They promised to exchange it as soon as a car was returned, but they didn't. The most frustrating part is the credit card deposit refund. They claimed it was settled when I returned the car, but now I've been charged over 200 yuan! Where's the proof?

I don't know who is the culprit is but I was told one price online & upcharged $400 for insurance. Horrible practice!!!

QEEQ bien Pero me gusto más rentar el coche en LA ahi lo que me dijeron que era eso pague y ya Acá me salieron con sorpresas
