J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité. J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost. Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait

“I expected more clarity”

Overall ok, but we had two important issues. 1. We reserved a full size miniva, like Kia Carnival and they gave us a Chevrolet Traverse, which is a bit smaller. Space was critical in our decision of where to rent. 2. They said they cannot accept the CC insurance forcing us to pay another $520 to get theirs.

Overall ok also. My issue is that if actually Europcar doesn't accept CC insurance it should be stated clearly a boldly on your website. Its a deal breaker that should not be hidden in the small print. Even the actual price of the car should be publisized differently.

We arrived to pick up the car at the reserved time, but the rental company told us there were no cars available that day. After we argued, they told us to come back the next day. After returning the car, we were charged twice without any notification. The experience was very bad!!!
