They forcibly added insurance without clear explanation and asked me to sign a poorly printed additional agreement, even though I don't understand English. The extra charges are still unresolved!
Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient, no need to wait in line. For returning the car, just park it at the return point and place the keys under the windshield.
I booked four days on the QEEQAPP and paid in full. Since I arrived three hours early, I had to add one more day, which incurred additional costs at the store. It wasn't worth it! The daily rate for renting five days is cheaper than four. Since I paid in two separate transactions, I missed out on the discount. So, for future rentals, I'll be more precise with my rental duration.
