No Chinese service, needed to get to the airport at night. One of the rental company's employees charged us 40 AUD for a ride, while a regular UBER would cost only 18 AUD.
The rental office is located on the outskirts of the airport, and finding the shuttle bus location is not clear. However, the customer service was good, and car inspection was done immediately upon return, avoiding misunderstandings from the lack of handover.
The rental location is not in the arrival hall; you need to take a shuttle bus 1-2 kilometers from the airport to pick up the car.
