I originally rented a five-door Yaris, but ended up with a four-door Vios. The car was old, had 110,000 kilometers on it, and the interior smelled bad, with a mix of sweat and a fishy odor. The infotainment system lacked navigation and CarPlay.
The vehicle conditions were generally quite old. The rental company provided an older car, which struggled to climb the hills in Phuket. Previously, I rented from another company where the car was newer and in better condition.

The car provided to us was damaged but still we accepted it since we were in hurry, and I even made video of it, later on while returning they charged me for the damages which I didn't do and deducted from the deposit.
Staff was terrible and she even lied to their supervisor right in front of us that I damaged the car. They charged extra as a service charge as well which was nowhere mentioned.
