The rented car came with an e-pass, but I didn't activate or use it. I paid the tolls online myself to avoid duplicate charges from the rental company. When I returned the car, I informed the branch about this, but they said it wasn't their concern. After some time, I was still charged for the tolls and the e-pass usage. I contacted the rental service customer support several times to seek their help in resolving this, but it didn't work. Eventually, I had to negotiate with the toll company myself for two months to get a refund.
