Excellent. The pickup and drop-off process was clear and straightforward. The car was in good condition and had only been driven a little over a thousand kilometers.
The weather was cold and rainy. We were asked to drag our luggage to the parking lot, but there was no car available there. We were told to wait for five minutes, but it took about twenty minutes. It was 0 degrees and raining, and after such a long wait, a car with a flat rear tire arrived. We found out and were told we had to wait another hour to change cars. It was too cold, so we dragged our luggage back to the airport to wait. The process was inefficient, and the pick-up staff were very rude with a heavy accent in English, and got impatient when asked to speak slower. We were the only ones renting a car that day, but it took a total of three hours to finally depart.
Had to wait in line for over half an hour to pick up the car, and returning it took about 40 minutes too. Plan ahead if you have a flight to catch.
