The staff was not very competent. I told them my credit card PIN was six digits, but they insisted that the PIN code was four digits. As a result, my card couldn't be used for the deposit authorization, and I had to purchase insurance directly from their store. (In Iceland, I was able to enter the six-digit PIN directly.)
The overall service was good, and the vehicle inspection was thorough. Before departure, they reminded me about the type of fuel to use and suggested I double-check the vehicle and take photos as a record.
