The contract stated a different time than the actual key pickup/drop-off, resulting in many additional fees. The car provided had issues, and the hotline couldn't arrange for a replacement. I had to check multiple branches myself and only found an available car after visiting four locations.

They added insurance despite me saying I didn't want it. They gave me three keys to choose from and ended up charging me for an upgraded model. Not only did they add insurance, but also a towing service fee! Ultimately, the most important part is that they charged me twice!
