Extremely poor attitude. The gear shift indicator of the first car fell off, so I switched to another one. I asked them to move the car charger and cable to the replacement car, but they got lost. When I contacted customer service, they just beat around the bush and didn't solve the problem. They even hung up the phone.
They gave me the latest VIOS and it was in really good condition and fuel efficient. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
