The reps would not even let me go back to the van and search for my eye glasses that dropped somewhere on the floor -- they insisted that I file a lost and found claim!!!
The front desk service was terrible, the staff were rude and prejudiced against Chinese people. They found excuses to charge extra, and I ended up being overcharged by $50 on my last rental. The contract had hidden fees! If you want to be scammed, go rent a car from them!
Budget car rental is pretty good. The only downside is that the front desk staff didn't know that QEEQ already included insurance and tried to sell additional insurance. This is very inconvenient! Other than that, everything else was perfect!
