The first customer service representative at the car rental counter tried to upsell some insurance and full-tank add-ons. There was a slight issue with the card payment, but it was resolved after identifying the cause. Early car pickup was not allowed without incurring additional charges. However, the second customer service representative quickly completed the check-in process without any extra sales pitches. Picking up the car was very convenient — you could directly take the car from the designated parking space. The car was very clean, with only 2000 miles on it, four-wheel drive, wireless CarPlay, and Type-C charging ports. It had better features than the model I originally booked.
The car’s exterior looked quite new and the staff was very friendly. There was some incorrect information when we left, but the staff quickly resolved it.
I was a bit worried after landing in Salt Lake City, as it was my first time renting a long-distance car in the U.S. But it turned out my worries were unnecessary. As long as you book through QEEQ, everything goes smoothly.
The waiting time in line was a bit long, but I was very satisfied with the car provided.
