The waiting time in line was not long, but they only gave us the key when handing over the car, without any introduction or explanation about the vehicle. We had to figure it out ourselves later.
The service attitude was excellent. However, Australian English has a unique accent and they speak very quickly, probably due to their proficiency. If there are unclear points, it is advisable to repeat them for confirmation. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience.
Terrible, absolutely awful. Couldn't even get a car. When I arrived at the store, they told me all the cars were gone and there were none available. Completely unreliable. Even 1 star is too much. Where's the option for negative stars?
The order stated unlimited mileage, but at the store, they said I drove too far and there was a mileage limit. I couldn't contact the website while abroad and ended up paying an extra 200 AUD. I won't choose this company again.
