1. The booked car was a Lynk & Co 01, but they provided a Tiguan diesel version instead—they actually don't have Lynk & Co cars at all.
2. Picking up the car 50 minutes earlier resulted in being charged for an entire extra day. The staff only asked if we wanted to pick it up early but didn’t mention the additional full-day charge!
3. The parking lot is quite far from the office and hard to locate. The pickup instructions posted by the office were inaccurate; we had to guess our way through and spent a long time finding it. 4. No proof or receipt is given when returning the car. Be sure to keep evidence like parking tickets, the parking location, and photos of the fuel level to avoid disputes later. 5. The return queue was long, and the actual return time is calculated based on when they receive the keys, which might lead to extra charges. Keep proof of when you arrived at the office.
Avoid using Europecar in Paris or any rental car company in France. When picking up the car, I noticed damage to the rims and tires, but they told me it was fine and that I should just keep photos as evidence. However, they charged me nearly 100 euros after returning the car, and even sending them the photos didn’t help. Their behavior was unreasonable and untrustworthy. I hope others won’t fall victim to the same situation.
We rented a Q3 and were told there was no Q5 available. We impulsively agreed, and the staff didn't mention how much extra it would cost, just handed us the invoice. Later we found out renting the car for the week cost 5000 RMB… Adding an extra driver required an additional fee, and they charged us just because we provided two licenses, assuming we were two drivers. Isn't that unreasonable? Returning the car an hour late incurs a significant fee. Is there a clear standard for these fees, or do they just charge an exorbitant amount for any delay? We won't use Europecar again. After returning and disputing it with the rental company, the results were minimal since we had already paid. It was tough to get anything back.
The staff were very nice, the respected the voucher i had, the proccess were very smooth and the location easy to find.

Excellent way to book a car through, actually i find it the best, the prices including the whole package is one of the best on the net, vey clear and straight informations and terms, and very easy to filter and find smoothly whatever you are looking for, no need to spend time on the counter of the car supplier.
