This car rental company forces you to buy insurance. We told them we already bought insurance on the rental platform, but their response was that we either buy their insurance or cancel the contract and sign a new one with a different price. In the end, we had to negotiate with the rental platform to cancel the platform's insurance and buy their expensive insurance.
It turned out to be Europcar. There were cheaper options with other small rental companies, but I chose a big brand to avoid hidden fees. However, it was the same! At the counter, I explicitly told them I didn't need insurance as I had purchased it domestically. The representative smiled and agreed. Later, she said she upgraded our car for free but never mentioned we would be charged for it. In the end, we received a bill for thousands, including upgrade and insurance fees!

Very smooth and silent ride for such a small car. The engine has more than enough power and is very economical (4.9l/100km @440km mostly on Autobahn and country roads).
Navaigation system was standard and easy to handle with its big touch screen.
