The elderly gentleman at the counter doesn't speak English very well. You may be asked for your residential postal code, email, and phone number. If your English isn't fluent, it's more convenient to write these down on a piece of paper or notebook in advance.
The staff were enthusiastic and had a good attitude, answering questions as best they could. There was no Chinese language service, hopefully there will be in the future.
