Average experience. Slow car pickup process, and the car condition depends on luck. The previous rental was an older car with over 60,000 miles and hadn't been cleaned.
They gave me a car that wasn't the one I chose, and I couldn't find it in the same category listing. They kept politely pushing me to pay for an upgrade. When I had questions, I couldn't get through to their customer service phone line.
The service attitude was very good. They didn't have the Toyota I booked, so they upgraded me to a Buick 7-seater SUV for free and allowed me to return the car with an empty tank at no extra charge.

The drop off was very bad! No signs in the car park directing. Nothing to say where to drop keys. Managed to eventually find it our selves as the phone number given was not 24/7!! Very poor ending to what otherwise would have been a good experience.
