The service was good but finding the rental office and the return address was difficult. However, they upgraded us to a Peugeot 5008, which was quite large for a woman to drive.
Брали машину в Париже, возвращали в Бордо. При осмотре машины перед получением, менеджер указал на незначительные царапины на заднем бампере, измерил их специальной линейкой и сказал, что они маленькие и их вписывать не нужно. После сдачи машины, нам сказали что так, как царапин на заднем бампере несколько, то они считаются одним повреждением, и мы должны за них заплатить, при этом сказали всё вопросы в офис в Париж. Удержали наш депозит 250€. Нас просто обманули повесив чужое повреждение и ещё и удержав в 10 раз больше чем оно стоит. Отвратительно!
La voiture était très bien et les employes du bureau très agréables et avec bon attitude. Mais on a passé plus d'un demi-heure à chercher le bureau de location. Ils n'ont pas du signalisation dans la gare .
