The car was equipped with snow tires, which gave us first-time international drivers peace of mind. The car was upgraded as well, which made us very happy! A great start to our trip!
The pickup and return processes were very quick, and the vehicle provided was very new. On the pickup day, the car was pre-warmed for us, which was a very nice touch!
Very satisfied. The Vitara has plenty of power, meeting the needs for self-driving on snowy and icy roads. The hybrid fuel consumption is low and very economical.
The airport is very small; as soon as you come out, you see a small counter. However, no one was there. I made a phone call, and someone came within 10 minutes. The paperwork was completed in less than 10 minutes. They upgraded me to a Volvo V70 wagon, which is awesome.
