Avoid this company at all costs. They stole my laptop—I left it in the car when I returned the vehicle, and when I went back to retrieve it, they claimed there was no laptop. Companies like this have absolutely no integrity. I've reported it to the police and am waiting for their response. Renting a car from them has been a total disaster!
The service attitude was extremely poor, with forced charges and impolite customer service. Communication was difficult, and although it was agreed that the car would be picked up at 6 PM, they forcefully charged 162 MYR as an overtime fee, equivalent to a day's rental. Upon returning the car, they charged 150 MYR for cleaning fees and 120 MYR for one missing fuel bar, also applied forcefully. The argument lasted a long time, almost causing me to miss my flight. Avoid this company at all costs—this was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
The car rental company provided no service, only handed the car to us. The overall experience was very poor. The staff lacked integrity; they gave me a fast pass card and asked for a 100 yuan deposit. When returning the car and card, they claimed they only received 50 yuan as a deposit. Since they didn't provide any receipts at the time and there was no surveillance, I had no way to argue.
It's pretty average, a normal transaction. There weren't many requirements while renting, and returning the car was hassle-free. It would be better if they had Chinese service.
