This time the car pick-up experience was poor. I arrived at the store early and waited for over an hour with no car available. I had no choice but to settle for a sedan that couldn't fit my luggage. Later, I went to the airport to exchange it, but there were still no cars available, so I had to make do. While the staff at the store were polite, they couldn't resolve the issue.
They are sneaky, crucial payment terms are not explained. They talk about all the services that don't require payment, but make you sign for $845 insurance, hidden in very faint print. Lesson learned!
The major brand is reliable and straightforward. However, the originally reserved SUV was replaced with a business car, which wasn't as easy to drive.
