The charges should not be non-refundable. On September 4th, we rented under order number 1006128509, but due to the inability to cross the border, we had to return the car early. Although we did not fulfill the contract, deducting the entire rental fee is unreasonable. It is understandable to impose an appropriate penalty, but withholding so much money is outrageous. A rental company of this international caliber shouldn't act like this.
The car rental company’s service attitude was very good. Although my English is not good, the staff who handled the car pickup and return were excellent. Thumbs up!
The vehicle was not well-maintained, the handbrake was almost useless, and it almost rolled down the hill in Mai Tai. The oil light would come on after a while, although the service was very warm and attentive.
