Extremely poor service. They didn't provide the same group vehicle as promised. The car was in terrible condition; as soon as I drove onto the highway, the car had insufficient power, the engine warning light turned on, and it stalled while going uphill. There was no roadside assistance after business hours, and I was left in the dark to find a place to wait on my own.
Terrible experience. They gave us a faulty car with a broken battery. We reached Toledo that night and contacted both the rental company and QEEQ for assistance. Their solution was to tow the car away without providing a replacement. We spent days being bounced back and forth between QEEQ and the Spanish rental company. The rental company called and suggested towing the car but refused to refund the rental fee and denied any issues with the vehicle. On the way back to Madrid, the car malfunctioned again, drastically slowing down and eventually becoming undrivable. We were stranded on the highway for half an hour before resuming our journey. The car malfunctioned a second time while driving uphill, causing us to slip back dangerously and nearly get hit by a truck. We had to inch our way back to the rental office. Both QEEQ and the rental company's customer service were unhelpful, blaming us for not checking the car properly at pickup. How can anyone know the condition of the car without being a mechanic? Absurd!
