Picking up the car was efficient with plenty of staff. However, returning the car was a hassle as there was only one staff member who was busy managing returns and airport transfers.

The reception attitude on the day we picked up the car was very indifferent. When we returned the car, there was no one at the store, and no message was sent to us. We were very anxious because we had to catch a flight back home. They didn't answer the phone, and later replied on WeChat saying that there's no use in rushing as they are coming to pick us up. It felt very unpleasant. The car was quite old and didn't have in-car charging. The cigarette lighter socket was not functional. It wasn't as thoughtful as the other company we used previously.

All processes are good except GPS was inadequate from dim screen, could not see it.

Our second time renting with EZU. Overall positive experience. Staffs were friendly.

Provided car is very nice and like new condition. Great experince.
