Bit messy and temu like but it did work

The service representative was a newbie and wrote down the wrong vehicle location. We didn't double-check and took the wrong car. After the real renter drove it away, we realized we might have left our license in that car. The representative was very slow in contacting the other renter and even claimed not to know what car was parked there. We had to rely on our memory of the license plate to track it down, and by then, the car had been gone for 20 minutes.

The service staff had a very indifferent attitude towards Chinese customers.

Not understand after return the Car on time in Full Tank of Fuel. BUDGET still charge my Credit card another Est.CAD$39.00 Pls advise the reason!

Appalling customer service, didn’t have the car available that was booked, unhelpful staff.
