Since I picked up the car in the morning, there was no one at the counter. Using the self-service pickup was a bit tricky. The staff's service attitude was great, but self-service pickup can be difficult if you don't speak English, so be aware.
The pickup process was very convenient, located right inside the airport arrival hall. The car was brand new, having only been driven 800 kilometers. The actual model was the four-wheel-drive SUV version of a Corolla.
Terrible experience. When picking up the car, they said there was a problem with my credit card and denied the rental. It took over three hours and was a waste of time. In the end, it turned out their POS machine had an issue. My credit card had no problems and worked perfectly for transactions everywhere in Tromsø.
