We feel that we were scammed because they lied and forced you to buy their insurance and forced you to buy the Sunpass if you didn’t have $300,000 in property damage they made you purchase their insurance and it does not say anywhere about that until you get to their counter I will never rent from this place again . We would definitely like a refund !!!

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
