Very satisfied

They tried to sell extra insurance. Even with all the policies printed out, we almost got tricked into paying an extra $400. When we asked them to cancel, the staff became unfriendly. The car brought to the pickup point wasn’t even ours, requiring another round of paperwork to switch cars. We booked a Ford Edge but got a poorly conditioned Dodge instead. The whole pickup process delayed us by over two hours. It’s very disheartening to think about it.

Arrived at noon, there were very few staff members, had to take a number and wait in line for 2 hours. It wasn't until around 2 or 3 PM that more staff showed up, they canceled the number system and switched to lining up.

Waited in line for at least half an hour, and the reserved car model was not available, had to wait another 10 minutes.

Limited quantity of advertised car model. Will offer lesser equivalent and try to upsell on higher models. Otherwise, quick and fuss free pick up and return process.
