The rental experience was good but it was really expensive with the -24yo taxes.

The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4 The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.

I had to take a cab from the airport because the shuttle was "missing in action". The vehicle I ordered was not available. The vehicle I was given was filthy, huge, and stiff. Who wants to drive a 4x4 pickup around Calgary's and Edmonton's downtown cores? Lastly, I have knee issues...who wants to be climbing in and out of this huge truck. This was a bad experience.

The car exceed our expectations. And the drop off was really easy, because we had an early flight, they told us just to park the car and leave the keys in the drop off keys. Everything was really fast and easy.

It was really easy and secure.

Vehicle far exceeded my expectations - location did not have an after hours drop off option - this was the only negative scenario.

Like: I rented a red Jeep Rubicon 2018, it was my first time renting a car and they made my experience very pleasurable as well as knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the conditions of the jeep as well as the flexible times for drop-off, we needed to be at the airport by 7:00 am so that meant we had to get up very early and all we had to do was park the car in their lot and drop the keys in a secure box. Overall it was fantastic.
