The ACE - Toronto Pearson International Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

We will meet you from Viscount station – its part of Toronto Pearson Airport terminal network and you can reach it from any terminal of airport in few minutes by using free Airport Terminal Link Train which works 24/7 and goes every 3 minutes. Once you reach a Viscount station please use the airport provided phone system (free calls) to dial our company phone number +1-647-887-7714 and our shuttle will pick you up in 5-10 minutes time after your call. In case your flight is delayed we will keep checking the arrival information. We will be able to pick you up or drop you off back to Airport ONLY during our working hours : Sun - Fri 9am - 7pm Sat 9am -630pm

Staff at the counter was trying really hard to make me pay for the mandatory insurance coverage (25 dollars a day!), even if I showed that it was already included in the reservation. After a really long discussion a Manager arrived and in 10 seconds confirmed that it was already included...

The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4 The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.
