The counter staff tried to up sell the third party liability insurance to us at the desk, without mentioning Washington state's minimum liability insurance requirements. Felt pressured in the spot.

Price was very competitive compared to other booking platforms. No issues with the booking, and free cancelation was also provided.

The attitude was okay, but they pushed insurance sales and an extra $100 was charged. They said it was for emergency assistance in case of an accident, but we declined and still got charged.
