When picking up the car, after making the payment on-site, the company only gave a brief explanation of the contract. No staff accompanied me during pickup; I had to find the car myself. Once at the pickup location, it was not easy to locate any staff. For the return, it was done at night, and there was no one at the drop-off point.

They did not provide the booked car group. It's unclear whether this was due to the rental company or QEEQ. Everything else was good.
