The staff were very patient and friendly. There was only one person ahead of me, so the process was quick. Not bad.

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

Very bad experience. When returning the car at Melbourne Airport, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and were unfamiliar with how to get into the Europcar garage. We went to the Europcar return office to ask for directions, but the staff ignored us and refused to help. They seemed to take pleasure in our distress, knowing we were about to miss our flight. They refused to give us directions to the parking spot nearby and insisted we drive to the designated location. Luckily, we found other helpful people at the airport; otherwise, we would've missed our flight. Due to the rush, my friend's mom twisted her ankle while moving luggage, which caused significant discomfort during our trip. We are extremely dissatisfied with the staff's indifferent and gloating attitude.

Car was too big for one person also the brand of car was very thirsty in relation petrol and not very eco friendly

There's no warning about fuel charge after return. Be aware of that. Fuel meter indicated full when I returned the car. Still, I got charged for 8 litre(AUD30) the day after.
