I did not receive an Email with Final bill...
The return at CDG Paris airport terminal parking was difficult to find where was the allocate space for Eurocar to drop the car
The Trunk of the car could not easily fit 2 large 28L standard suitcase.
I landed at 8 AM and booked the car online, but when I reached the rental point, they said I had to wait 3 hours for the car because it was a last-minute booking. However, the online system confirmed immediate pickup. This caused me to cancel, and I had to deal with a series of issues regarding the prepaid amount online.
Staff at Roissy airport agency very unpleasant and not accomodating. the car was very dirty (seats dirty and dog fur inside) and car body very damaged (10 existing damages). at middle travel, the car had a lack of oil so we have to find europcar in Brive for filling.
When they give the car to you they don’t check anything even if the car is damage, but when you return the car they check each and everything, thanks god I have checked before and took picture on my mobile. When I returned the car they ask me to pay for the damage and after I saw him the photo , he said ok
This booking was for a car with summer tires in winter in Switzerland where it is illegal to drive without winter tires. We had to pay an additional £120 for a car that was safe to drive in winter.
Like: All very quick and easy. Dislike: The deposit money still hasn't been released on my card a week later despite them saying it would be as soon as I returned. Also, would have liked to inspect vehicle with staff before signing.
