Terrible service at car pick-up, ignorant personel, very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for manager to come and finish the procedure. At the end we received extremely dirty and old car - over 130k km.

Service was pretty good but the car we received was really quite old and worn out, had quite a bit of damage to it when we collected. Decent value for money conpared to prices of other companies with suv’s but probably the worst condition hire car i have ever used.

The car with 122000 on the clock was rubbish. Long passed its rental 'use by' date. Damaged, rattled and shuddered. Wouldn't sell it to Arthur Daley.

Dislike: No spare wheel or information on how to deal with deflated tyre or similar problems.
