When we went to pick up the car the guy at the counter was pushing too hard to buy insurance

The car was pretty average and had 135000 km on it. The guy at pick up counter was forcing us to buy insurance and was telling us all sorts of stories about sand storm and accidents. Which was bit too much.

Terrible service at car pick-up, ignorant personel, very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for manager to come and finish the procedure. At the end we received extremely dirty and old car - over 130k km.

Service was pretty good but the car we received was really quite old and worn out, had quite a bit of damage to it when we collected. Decent value for money conpared to prices of other companies with suv’s but probably the worst condition hire car i have ever used.

Like: Efficient service, no pressure sales for extras, airport based, decent car, excess included, full tank to tank fuel policy, hassle free returns, coffee machine
Dislike: No spare wheel or information on how to deal with deflated tyre or similar problems.
