Insane savings, highly recommended

The staff's attitude was poor and they were impatient when answering questions and providing guidance.

The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

Not many people picking up or returning cars, so the waiting time is short.

They don't actually have Toyota Camry. We got another smaller car instead. Lucky that it was clean.

Maybe for AUCars to have a fixed meeting spot for the shuttle. The text just had a number to call. The problem was the heavy accent of the person I called and I called them in the noisey environment of the airport. Maybe in the text nominate the meet spot. The shuttle also needed to be identified maybe two magnetic signs in door of shuttle. Other than that rental was great and staff at AU cars were courteous.
