Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour.

Fox rent higher management was good compared to regular staff

EasyRentCars is really cool as all the information is crystal clear and the booking is at tip of the hand.

Counter staff was very helpful.

Very easy to use.

The Fox had confusing signs directing you to return the car in the wrong location. Once it was determined where to return the car, there was no employees directing you on where rot park or leave the car. We had to wait for an employee to give direct us and complete the transaction.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Horrible customer service. It took over 1hr and half to get the rental, a lot of hidden fees that they only give you at the counter. Charge separately for individual insurance policies which they tell you a different thing before you call. The airport pick up location is horrible. Overall would not use this company again.
