Bit pricey but absolutely worth it

Very satisfied

The pickup location was clear, we found it and got the car smoothly. However, the return location was not well explained as it was in the underground parking entrance of Euston Station. The store phone was unreachable, and there were no signs on the ground level. After searching for over an hour, we finally asked a local who directed us to the underground parking. The map and address provided by the rental company's customer service were inaccurate. It is recommended to have clear signage at the ground entrance or instructions indicating that the return location is in the underground parking.

The Europcar staff had a great attitude and were very efficient. The car they provided was new and the driving experience was pleasant.

Much better price than other sites including the rental car companies

Terrible experience with Europcar. Bad communication on return location and issue with faulty car which has still not been resolved. After returingn the car to the correct location I was sent threatening letters over a 48hr period because they had not checked the location and were accusing me of not returning the car.
