Usually I have a very smooth process with Rent Plus company, even during the pandemic, but this time I found out a charge no one told me about from my deposit cc and still can't find any reasonable explanation for this from their customer support, for more than 2 weeks. Supper disappointed.
I paid for VW Golf "or similar", but got a Skoda Fabia instead. Service counter insisted this is the same category. I did not had internet yet as I just landed from the flight, so I couldn't verify that.
Later, after I checked it I understood I got downgraded. This is a fraud.
My tip for others: check which Skoda is in your class before you go there, so they won't fraud and downgrade you like happened to me.
The man on the counter was nice, but still in general being fraud made me really mad eventually.
Nous avons mis plus d'1h45 pour prendre possession du véhicule au comptoir de location Rent plus. Il faudrait mettre plus de personnel à la réception clients car l'agent de comptoir nous a précisé que les derniers de la file en avaient au moins pour 3 heures d'attente.
