Good service good car

The staff was very friendly, and both pickup and return were quick. Great service!

I arrived ahead of the scheduled pickup time but was informed that the car had not yet arrived. After the scheduled pickup time, I still had to wait more than half an hour to get the car because the previous user didn’t fill up the gas tank and had to refuel, which caused the delay. Eventually, they extended the return time by half an hour.

The service was great. I filled in the wrong time when placing the order, so there was a slight wait, but the procedures were handled quickly.

Simple process and fast handling.

車の状態が思ってたより良かったし、大きめの車で快適だった。旅先でスマートフォンが壊れて返却30分前の電話ができなかったけど、返却場所のビルで返却を待っていてくれて嬉しかった。返却手続きが早くて良かった。
