I tried to pick it up at midnight, and there were two customer service representatives: one was a Black person and the other was an Indian man with glasses who was assisting me. Before I could get the car, they made me wait outside for someone to bring the car. Meanwhile, they attended to several other customers. There was no one outside to assist me. After waiting for a long time, I had no choice but to approach the Black representative. He asked me to wait for 10 minutes and then handed over the car keys.
