I booked the car for 7:30 AM, my husband and I arrived at the pickup point at 7:15, but the staff was not present. We had to wait for an extra 30 minutes, which affected our next schedule. Additionally, I completed the online check-in information on the rental platform the day before, which claimed to eliminate the need for filling out forms in person. However, at the location, I was still required to fill out the same information, wasting our time!
Like: Quick and easy drop off. Friendly staff both at pick up and at drop off. Dislike: I was first offered a Ford Kuga, when i was specifically booked a lower class vehicle (smaller). In the end they managed to find a car within the class i booked.
