Over paid for mandatory insurance!

Overall, it's quite satisfactory.

Car rental is convenient.

1. The instructions from the rental platform about airport pick-up were unclear (after arrival, go upstairs to the departure hall, exit through the leftmost door, and wait at the parking spots with yellow diagonal lines while contacting them, look for a yellow minibus with a noticeable Centauro sign); 2. After contacting them, we waited for over an hour.

Unethical company. They forced an extra charge of 68 euros during pick-up and unfairly charged 290 euros for scratches during drop-off. Be very cautious if you don't purchase extra insurance.

The counter staff included a man named Dario, who managed to be very unpleasant, even though everything was in order and there were no complications with order or payment. Tried really hard to make us pay additional insurance. No help at all to get the car our of their over-packed garage. AND they are closed 2300-0700.
